Two super foods are brought together in one crunchy cookie - 

Flax seed - containing Omega-3 fatty acids, it has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in the body, and are used as a dietary supplement to treat inflammatory conditions such as allergies, arthritis, kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, and some types of cancer.

Blueberries - containing antioxidants, fiber and vitamins C and K, these nutrients support the immune system and contribute to overall health. We source our blueberries from the farmers at St. Jacobs Market when in season.

Our cookies are made in small batches then air dried for a crunchy snack prefect for training those fancy tricks.
