Refund policy

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return or exchange your purchase in the original packaging and labeling.  Fido & Fifi wants you to love your new purchase, but if it is not something you were expecting, then let us know.  We will gladly give you a refund or exchange it with another product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How can I return the products?

You can return the items by mail (you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back for full refund and/or exchange). Please contact us within 7 business days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Also, it must be in the original packaging and bags must be unopened. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If the item is damaged by the carrier when you receive it, you must contact us within 48 hours. We will require photos of the damaged products and photos of the damaged packaging. Claims without these photos will not be processed.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
