Shipping policy

Shipping in Canada: Packages will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. Shipments will include a tracking number. Shipping costs vary across Canada due to distance and weight. If your total is significantly higher than the posted rate, I will contact you to send an invoice for the difference.

Shipping Outside of Canada: Packages will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment and will include a tracking number. Please be advised that we can't ship food outside of Canada - however, we can ship our jewelry to most countries. The cost for shipping will be different, so send us an email for a quote.

Fido & Fifi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package shows delivered on your tracking page.

To help reduce waste will we always try to repurpose our shipping materials - including boxes and box filler.

Packages cannot be combined with previous paid orders without prior approval. Please contact us and we can adjust the shipping which may be a lesser amount then if two packages where purchased separately. Packages will only be shipped when the adjusted shipping paid for.
